As I came down the dual carriageway I was wondering why you decided to move to the right lane and then do exactly the same speed as me for a couple of miles, this meant everytime I slowed down to pull out you sped up but by the time I approached the next car you had slowed down again so I had to slow to pull out effectively blocking me everytime. When I finally did get a chance to overtake I noticed that you sped up as well and then followed me, perhaps paying a little more attention to the road and less to what your passengers are saying might help. |  |
