I know speed limits are there to be obeyed not reached but 20-30mph on a 60mph road is a little excessive, I can understand slowing for corners but to slow down just because there is a car coming is a little too cautious. Perhaps looking in your rear view mirror would have shown the queue building behind you and it is not just tractors that have to pull over and let traffic past if they are causing an obstruction, this does apply to all road users. |  |
